Valentine's Day Dinner

February 14, 15 & 16, 6:30pm

$39.95 per person plus tax

 

Menu is as follows: 

 

Amuse Bouche: Mini Burger with Pate a Choux Pastry Bun, Organic Patty, Blue Cheese, Caramelized Onions and Stone Ground Mustard

 

Appetizer: Salmon Croquettes with Chive Oil and Microgreens

 

Soup: Carrot and Apple Soup with Parsnip Chip

 

Entree: Surf and Turf-Scallop with Beurre Blanc and Pork Tenderloin Medallion with Pea and Mint Sauce Served with Brie Cauliflower Puree

 

Dessert: Raspberry Mousse with Dark Chocolate Sauce and White Chocolate Tuile 

 

Seating begins at 6:30pm. There is only one seating per night. All dinners are $29.95 per person plus tax ($1 surcharge for beef entrees). Fresh baked bread, coffee, tea, iced tea, juice included. Sodas $.50 cents each. Beer and wine is available for sale. A $5 corkage fee will apply to all wine brought in by guests.
