Sometimes people just need to escape the rat race of life and take it easy. We at the Chestnut Street Inn think you don't necessarily have to plan any kind of activity to enjoy yourself. There are plenty of common areas, patios, etc. where you can kick up your feet, enjoy a refreshment and read a book, take a nap or catch up with your friends and loved ones.

Many of our guests do just that. Check in, have a nice meal and spend the rest of the time doing, well, absolutely nothing. So few of us take the time in our daily lives to just relax. Well, here is your opportunity.

We have a library of books of all kinds ranging from cooking to theater to fiction to non-fiction. We have a ton of games and puzzles. And we have a video/dvd library of over 1000 titles for you to take advantage of.

So stay in, throw on a robe, have some hot chocolate, pop some popcorn and spend a day decompressing. You owe it to yourself.
