Enter through the front door of the inn into the foyer, where you can view the spectacular inlaid wooden Moroccan table and the hanging spindle staircase. To the left, you will see the parlor complete with extensive library of books, comfortable chairs and couch for lounging and access to the side patio. To the right of the foyer, you will enter the formal dining room, which has the original Mahogany table from the late 1800s as well as the historic hurricane lamps original to the house. Through the parlor, you will enter the sun porch where guests can enjoy their breakfast and dinner surrounded by the original leaded glass windows overlooking the back patio and garden. Pass through the butler’s pantry, where you will see many amenities including an extensive assortment of teas, coffee, snacks and the original 1920’s Frigidaire. You will also see the original 1900’s tin sink with marble back splash.
Up the stairs and to the right, you will see the Rosewood Suite, complete with king-sized bed, fireplace, large bathroom with both standing shower and tub and private dining room. At the top of the stairs, you will see the Burgundy Room, complete with queen-size bed, private bathroom with shower/tub combo and two comfortable sitting chairs. Around the corner to the left, you will see the Blue Room, complete with king-sized bed, private bathroom with shower/tub combo and a comfortable sitting chair for reading. Further around the corner to the left is the Green Room suite, a three-room suite with comfortable sitting porch complete with big-screen TV and chairs, a smaller bedroom to the right with a single bed and the primary bedroom straight ahead with a full-size bed and private bath for the suite with a standing shower only.
