Farm to Table Dinner

Last night we had the pleasure of hosting our first farm to table dinner of the year. Our featured farm was Broad Branch Farm in Wyoming, IL. What an amazing evening filled with incredible, fresh, organic food and inspired, fun dishes! The diners were super enthusiastic about the whole menu and of course we had so much fun preparing and serving it! We have done several of these and every time we feel such an adrenaline high the next day.

Farm to table is a huge marketing ploy of late and everyone is jumping on the band wagon. Here at CSI we ALWAYS strive to provide guests with the freshest, local food we can find, sourcing from many local farms. It is a passion and our mission. Here are some photos from the event. We eagerly await our next event coming soon!
